Sliced matcha honey red bean bread

2018-05-24 16:00:00

Mix 1.5 teaspoons of matcha powder with 3 teaspoons of boiling water and set aside to cool. First, sift the strong flour into a toaster bucket. Place salt in a corner of the toaster. Make a small hole in the middle of the flour with your finger and pour in the yeast powder. Weigh the required sugar and pour a little into the toaster bucket. Pour the sugar on the opposite side of the salt, that is, the salt in the upper left corner and the sugar in the lower right corner. Soften butter at room temperature in small cubes and place in a bucket. Pour the matcha tea into the bucket. Do not waste the rest of the bowl. See the next step. Pour 240ml of milk into the matcha bowl (the pillow is exactly one bag), stir the remaining matcha well and pour it into the bread maker bucket. If you don't like this step, you can skip it and pour the milk directly into the bucket. Place the bucket in the toaster, secure it, and close the lid. Select the program and the toaster starts working. My toaster chose program 1: Basic bread, it is recommended that if you are not in a hurry, choose program 3: Sweet bread, the effect will be better (a little longer) "specific procedures please choose according to their own bread machine procedures ^^" When the fruit tips sound, put in the pickled (cooked) honey red beans in advance, drain oh, only put beans do not sugar water cover, let it continue to work. The rest is just a matter of waiting. When the beep sounded again, the bread was already baked. Quickly pour out the bread and let cool. Let cool and slice. The bread knife was not found that day. It was cut with a Swiss jun serrated knife, so the lines are not very beautiful ^^
